The selected candidate will be working closely with the COO and CTO while leading some of the most important projects for the organization. The company is leveraging next-gen technology to create industry-leading Loan Servicing and Origination software solutions. Job Responsibilities:- Create and implement automated deployment and scaling processes for the development and cloud infrastructure of Microsoft Azure
- In the Azure cloud environment, automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
- Monitor carefully and fix production systems
- Design, implement, and maintain the infrastructure that powers the platform's applications and services
- Create and implement monitoring and observability solutions for both local and cloud environments
- Take part in post-incident reviews and incident response
- Ensure that applications are created with scalability, security, and dependability in mind by collaborating closely with developers
- Continually enhance service performance, scalability, and availability
Job Requirements:- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a DevOps or SRE engineer (preferably at a high-growth tech company)
- Extensive experience working with Azure, AWS, and GCP
- Profound knowledge of DevOps and related practices/technologies
- Experience working with agile development methodologies
- Nice to have prior experience with container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, etc.
- Experience with infrastructure automation tools like Terraform, Ansible, etc. is preferred
- Nice to have relevant industry experience (Loan Management/SaaS Software/fintech)
- Experience with SaaS, as well as, CI/CD pipeline tools like Azure DevOps is desirable
- Nice to have some experience with monitoring and logging tools
- In-depth knowledge of programming languages like C# or VB.NET is nice to have
- Experience with both development and operations is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
