We are building a real demand generation engine — directly tied to revenue.
Role Objective
Own and scale EELAF's B2B demand generation strategy, driving qualified leads and contributing directly to sales pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute a full-funnel B2B marketing strategy
- Drive lead generation campaigns across:
- LinkedIn (primary channel)
- Google Search (high-intent traffic)
- Create and optimize:
- Landing pages
- Lead funnels
- Conversion journeys
- Develop technical & solution-based content:
- Case studies
- Use cases
- Industry insights
- Work closely with sales to ensure:
- Lead quality
- Pipeline contribution
- Conversion tracking
- Manage CRM (Odoo) and track MQL → SQL → revenue
- Plan and execute events, exhibitions, and webinars
- Analyze performance based on:
- CPL
- CAC
- ROI
- Manage external agencies and internal execution
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B digital marketing (MANDATORY)
- Experience in at least one of:
- Electrical / energy
- IT / telecom / infrastructure
- Security systems
- Industrial / technical distribution
- Proven experience in lead generation campaigns (not awareness)
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- LinkedIn Ads
- Google Ads
- SEO & landing pages
- Experience with CRM systems (Odoo preferred)
- Ability to understand and market technical solutions
- Strong analytical mindset (data → decisions)
Not a Fit If You
- Only worked in B2C or e-commerce
- Focus on engagement instead of revenue
- Have no experience with long sales cycles or technical products
