Digital marketing manager

Key Responsibilities:
1) Digital Strategy & Planning
-Develop and implement practical, effective digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
-Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
-Define and monitor clear KPIs for each channel, including Traffic, ROAS, CPA, and Conversion Rate.
-Plan annual and quarterly digital activities in line with the approved marketing budget.
2) Paid Media Management
-Manage and optimize performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
-Improve campaign efficiency to maximize ROI, increase sales, and reduce CPA.
-Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and ad formats.
-Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad assets.
-Manage daily budgets and adjust spend based on performance trends and priorities.
3) Social Media & Content Management
-Oversee content planning, publishing, and community management across social media platforms.
-Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone of voice, and digital presence.
-Align content execution with SEO, e-commerce best practices, and campaign goals.
4) Analytics & Reporting
-Track and report weekly and monthly performance across all digital channels.
-Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign outcomes using GA4, Search Console, and other reporting tools.
-Generate actionable insights and recommend data-driven improvements.
-Maintain dashboards for real-time KPI monitoring and decision-making.
5) Creative Leadership & Art Direction
-Translate marketing and branding objectives into clear creative directions and performance-driven content concepts.
-Provide art direction for digital content, video production, and campaign assets across platforms.
-Collaborate directly with creative and production teams to ensure high-quality execution and consistency.
-Review and approve creative outputs to ensure alignment with brand positioning, visual identity, tone of voice, and performance goals.
-Utilize AI tools to support ideation, production efficiency, content scaling, and creative testing.
6) Cross-Functional Coordination
-Collaborate with design, sales, customer service, and operations teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
-Coordinate with external agencies and vendors on campaign execution and specialized tasks.
-Support the smooth execution of promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably within an e-commerce environment.
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills:
Must-Have Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing, analytics, conversion optimization, and growth strategies.
- Experience in content oversight and working cross-functionally with creative and business teams.
-Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to align digital execution with both brand and commercial objectives.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
-Experience working across multiple brands or within a fast-paced e-commerce business.
-Working knowledge of AI tools for ideation, optimization, and creative testing.
-Understanding of creative production, including video, photography, and art direction.
-Experience coordinating with agencies, vendors, and external partners.
