QStaffers is currently looking for a Head of Marketing for one of our partners, a pioneer in the Fashion Industry!

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead our growth, customer acquisition, and revenue strategy across all channels.

This role is responsible for turning our collections, campaigns, and brand storytelling into measurable growth - driving traffic, conversions, and long-term customer loyalty.

You will work closely with the Creative Director and Founder to translate creative concepts into high-performing marketing campaigns across social media, influencer partnerships, paid ads, and CRM.

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who understands both brand storytelling and performance marketing.

Responsibilities:

Core responsibility: They focus on strategy, distribution, analytics, and sales performance.

Market Strategy & Planning

  • Develop overall marketing strategy aligned with revenue goals
  • Build launch strategies for collections and product drops
  • Plan and manage the marketing calendar
  • Campaign Strategy and goal definition

Campaign Execution & Growth

  • Own the execution and performance of all campaigns:
  • Ensure campaigns reach the right audience, convert into sales and align with brand positioning

Channel Ownership

Oversee performance across all channels:

  • Social Media
  • Influencer Marketing
  • Paid Advertising
  • Email & CR

Performance & Analytics

  • Track and optimize key metrics

E-Commerce Growth

  • Maintain and optimize website, improve conversion rates

Customer Growth & Retention

Build systems to grow and retain audience:

  • Loyally programs referral programs community intatives
  • Repeat purchase strategies

Team Leadership

Lead and manage the marketing team, including:

  • Social Media Manager
  • PR Manager
  • Growth Specialist

Requirements:

Experience:

  • 5-10+ years in marketing or growth roles
  • Experience in fashion, e-commerce, or consumer brands preferred.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and scaling brand

Skills:

Preformance Marketing:

Strong understanding of:

  • Paid ads (Meta, TikTok)
  • Funnels and conversion optimization
  • ROl-driven marketing

Brand & Campaign Thinking:

  • Ability to translate creative ideas into effective campaigns that sell.

Data & Analytics:

  • Comfortable analyzing data and making decisions based on performance.

Influencer Marketing:

  • Experience managing influencer campaigns and partnerships.

E-Commerce Understanding:

Knowledge of:

  • Shopify
  • Product launches
  • Online customer behavior

Technical Skills:

Preferred familiarity with:

  • Meta Ads Manager
  • TikTok Ads
  • Google Analytics
  • Shopify analytics
  • Email platforms (e.g., Klavio)

Personal Qualities:
