Job Description


We are looking for a Senior Media Buyer to lead paid media across multiple brands and drive leads, sales, and enrollments with strong ROI.

Core Role

  • Build and scale a profitable paid acquisition engine
  • Drive revenue growth while optimizing CAC & ROAS
  • Manage performance across multiple brands and funnels

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop paid media strategies per brand (Meta, Google, TikTok)
  • Launch & manage campaigns across full funnel (TOF / MOF / BOF)
  • Optimize performance (CTR, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate)
  • Manage and allocate budgets efficiently
  • Scale winning campaigns & stop low performers
  • Align with creative & content teams for high-performing ads
  • Improve funnels, landing pages & lead quality
  • Track and report on CAC, CPL, ROAS & performance metrics

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Performance Marketing / Media Buying
  • Hands-on experience with Meta, Google & TikTok Ads
  • Proven track record in scaling campaigns & improving ROAS
  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills
  • Experience in multi-brand or multi-account environments
