We are looking for a Senior Media Buyer to lead paid media across multiple brands and drive leads, sales, and enrollments with strong ROI.
Core Role
- Build and scale a profitable paid acquisition engine
- Drive revenue growth while optimizing CAC & ROAS
- Manage performance across multiple brands and funnels
Key Responsibilities
- Develop paid media strategies per brand (Meta, Google, TikTok)
- Launch & manage campaigns across full funnel (TOF / MOF / BOF)
- Optimize performance (CTR, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate)
- Manage and allocate budgets efficiently
- Scale winning campaigns & stop low performers
- Align with creative & content teams for high-performing ads
- Improve funnels, landing pages & lead quality
- Track and report on CAC, CPL, ROAS & performance metrics
Requirements
- Strong experience in Performance Marketing / Media Buying
- Hands-on experience with Meta, Google & TikTok Ads
- Proven track record in scaling campaigns & improving ROAS
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills
- Experience in multi-brand or multi-account environments
