Job Description
As a Digital Marketing Manager at PES, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies. You will be responsible for enhancing our online presence, driving engagement, and maximizing lead generation. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of digital channels, analytics, and the ability to drive innovative campaigns to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Digital Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
- SEO and SEM: Optimize website content for search engines, manage PPC campaigns, and stay updated on search engine algorithms. Social Media Management: Oversee social media channels, create engaging content, and develop strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Email Marketing: Plan and execute email campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive conversions.
- Content Marketing: Collaborate with the content team to create and distribute valuable, relevant content across digital platforms.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts. Provide regular reports and insights for optimization.
- Digital Advertising: Manage digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others to maximize reach and conversions.
- Website Management: Collaborate with web development teams to optimize the user experience, ensuring the website aligns with digital marketing objectives.
- Budget Management: Efficiently manage digital marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure maximum ROI.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in digital marketing roles, with a focus on B2B and technology solutions.
- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and other digital marketing channels.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Creativity and a track record of innovative digital campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team leadership experience and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, managing projects efficiently.
