About the Role
We are looking for a Digital & Social Media Manager to lead Royal Avenue's online strategy, strengthen brand visibility, and drive audience engagement across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on capable of managing campaigns, guiding content direction, and ensuring measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital and social media strategy aligned with the company's business goals.
- Oversee and grow Royal Avenue's presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other key channels.
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, and TikTok), ensuring strong ROI.
- Supervise content creation and ensure consistency in tone, quality, and brand identity.
- Analyze digital performance through GA4 and Meta Business Suite, providing actionable insights and reports.
- Manage community engagement, collaborations, and influencer partnerships to enhance brand credibility.
- Stay ahead of digital trends and emerging technologies to keep the brand innovative and competitive.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid ads, and analytics tools (Google Ads, GA4, Meta Business Suite).
- Proven experience in developing and executing multi-channel digital campaigns.
- Creative mindset with skills in content direction and familiarity with design tools (Canva or Adobe).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
