Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Marketing Manager. The position is based in Badr City, Egypt, with opportunities for occasional remote work. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and executing digital marketing strategies, overseeing social media campaigns, analyzing web traffic and performance metrics, and driving lead generation and customer engagement. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing goals with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Marketing strategies
- Strong grasp of Web Analytics to monitor and improve campaign performance
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to adapt to both in-office and remote working environments
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development:Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns encompassing SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, paid advertising and more.
- Campaign Management:Launch and manage high-performing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) with a focus on ROAS and Customer Acquisition Cost.
- Content & Creative:Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-quality assets that resonate with our target audience.
- Performance Analytics:Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics, or similar CRM tools.
- Conversion Optimization:Implement A/B testing on landing pages and email funnels to improve the end-to-end customer experience.
- Budget Oversight:Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation across channels.
