Job Description
We are hiring a Digital Marketing Manager who has a critical role within the marketing department, responsible for developing and implementing online marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagements, downloads and conversions. Additionally, this role entails managing the brand s social media assets, ensuring compliance across all brand properties and optimizing website performance for targeted results.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING
Digital Strategy-Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with overall marketing and business goals. Identify target audiences and create customer personas.
Content Marketing-Plan and oversee the creation of high quality and engaging content. Develop a digital content strategy to engage with the target audience.
Social Media Management-Manage and optimise the company s presence on social media platforms (eg. Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram etc). Monitor social media metric regularly and adjust strategies accordingly.
SEO (Search Engine Optimization)-Improve website s search engine rankings through on page and off page SEO techniques. Perform regular website audits to identify and resolve SEO issues. Stay abreast with SEO best practices and algorithm updates.
SEM (Search Engine Marketing) & PPC (Pay per Click)-Create and manage PPC advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads. Conduct keyword research and optimize ad copy and landing pages. Monitor and adjust campaigns for maximum ROI.
Testing and Optimization-Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to improve campaign performance. Continuously optimise digital marketing efforts based on data and insights.
Website-Take ownership of website management, including regular updates, maintenance, and optimization for user experience and SEO. Collaborate with web developers to implement improvements and new features. Monitor website analytics and implement changes for better performance.
Email Marketing-Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers. Build and manage email lists and segment them for targeted messaging. Monitor email campaign performance and optimise for better results.
Analytics and Reporting-Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance. Prepare regular reports and provide insights to improve digital marketing strategies.
Budget Controls-Develop and manage the digital marketing budget in consultation with HoD. Allocate resources effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS POSITION
Bachelor s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, including hands-on experience with
various digital marketing channels.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools, content management systems, and analytics platforms.
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) are a plus.
8 to 10 years experience, preferably within financial services/fintech in a fast-paced environment
JOB SPECIFIC SKILLS:
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and Java script development and constraint Excellent interpersonal skills.
