We work in both B2C (students) and B2B (universities, sponsors, partners) environments and are now looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can lead, own, and elevate our marketing function to the next level.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the digital marketing team (content, performance, creative)
- Build and execute a full digital marketing strategy focused on growth and organic reach
- Own media buying and performance marketing across platforms
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Snapchat
- Drive organic growth through content, SEO, and community engagement
- Manage and improve SEO strategy and website performance
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns (funnels, newsletters, automation)
- Analyze performance, report results, and continuously optimize
- Collaborate closely with management on business goals and expansion plans
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading successful digital marketing campaigns
- Proven experience managing or leading creative and marketing teams
- Strong background in both B2B and B2C marketing
- Hands-on expertise in:
- Media Buying: Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Snapchat
- SEO & Organic Growth
- Email Marketing
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
- Ability to adapt and lead in a fast-changing digital environment
