The Role

We are looking for a commercially minded SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to take ownership of search and digital performance across Magna Financial and Mallorca Mortgage Consultancy.

This is a broad digital marketing role focused on increasing online visibility, driving qualified traffic and generating measurable business growth through SEO, GEO, CRO, PPC and website optimisation.

Working across multiple websites and digital channels, you'll use data, analytics and search insights to continually improve performance, increase conversions and maximise return on investment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Developing and executing SEO strategies across multiple websites, including technical, on-page and off-page optimisation.
• Owning GEO strategies to improve visibility across AI-powered search platforms and generative search experiences.
• Conducting keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for organic growth.
• Managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads and other relevant platforms, optimising budgets, bidding strategies and targeting.
• Improving website conversion rates through landing page optimisation, A/B testing and CRO initiatives.
• Working closely with developers and the wider marketing team to improve website performance, user experience and digital journeys.
• Monitoring website traffic, rankings, engagement, conversions and campaign performance.
• Managing tools including Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager.
• Producing performance reports and using data-driven insights to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and commercial growth.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in SEO, PPC and digital performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimisation.
• Experience managing Google Ads and paid search campaigns.
• Knowledge of GEO and AI-powered search trends.
• Experience with CRO, A/B testing and improving website conversion rates.
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager and other digital marketing tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Commercially focused with a proven ability to drive traffic, conversions and business growth.
• Financial services, professional services or B2B experience advantageous.
