Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Position Overview: As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance the online presence and drive lead generation for MHM Real Estate. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO techniques, digital marketing trends, and the Dubai real estate market landscape. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve visibility, rankings, and organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content and property listings.
- Manage PPC lead generation campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Create and schedule social media content to grow brand awareness and engagement.
- Execute Email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns to nurture and convert leads.
- Collaborate with the content team to produce SEO-friendly blogs and marketing materials.
- Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
- Coordinate with developers to implement SEO and technical improvements.
- Track KPIs, prepare reports, and analyze competitor activity in the Dubai real estate market.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SEO & Marketing Specialist in the Dubai real estate industry 4 years.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO techniques, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and technical SEO.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush.
- Experience managing PPC campaigns on Google Ads and social media platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for different digital channels.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing marketing challenges.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including current trends, regulations, and customer preferences, is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in the Arabic language is a plus.
