Our client is a prominent player in the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and Business-to-Business (B2B) Oral Microbiome Testing industry, and are the makers of the first at-home Oral Health Test. They're searching for a creative Digital marketing specialist who can excel in email marketing, A/B testing, and crafting engaging content for their diverse customer base.
This full-time role operates during EST/PST time zones from 9 AM - 5 PM.
Key Responsibilities- 1. Email Marketing Mastery:
- Use email marketing tools like Klaviyo, Emailify, and Revamp to create engaging non-buyer and post-purchase email sequences.
- Write compelling email content that appeals to both DTC and B2B audiences, the primary focus will be DTC.
- Optimize post-purchase emails to boost customer engagement and conversions.
- 2. A/B Testing Expertise:
- Apply A/B testing principles to improve email marketing strategies.
- Analyze A/B test results to make data-driven decisions to increase conversions and drive engagement.
- 3. Creative Content Development:
- Develop visually appealing and captivating email content.
- Simplify technical concepts for easy understanding, tailoring messages for DTC audiences.
- Create educational content for a weekly newsletter.
- Create content for Social Media.
- 4. Voice and Messaging:
- Maintain brand consistency in communication style and messaging.
- Adapt tone and content for DTC consumers and dentistry professionals.
- 5. Technical Skills:
- Basic proficiency in Canva/Figma or similar tools for designing email layouts and wireframes.
- Familiarity with copywriting best practices is advantageous.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in email marketing using platforms like Klaviyo, Emailify, or Revamp.
- Ability to design email flows and wireframes.
- Understanding of A/B testing principles and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Basic proficiency in Canva/Figma or similar tools.
- Copywriting experience is a plus.
- Strong creative and aesthetic judgment.
- Effective communication skills for conveying complex concepts.
- Previous experience in crafting educational content for newsletters.
- Flexibility to adapt and switch between addressing DTC and B2B audiences.
- Interest in science, wellness, or previous experience with the medical or dental industry is beneficial.
