Job Summary
We are seeking a Digital Transformation Manager for our customer to work directly with the CMO & CEO, and lead the execution of company-wide digital transformation initiatives. This role is responsible for analyzing, optimizing, automating, and digitizing end-to-end business processes across all departments. The ideal candidate acts as the bridge between business operations and technology, ensuring that systems, tools, and workflows are designed to scale, reduce manual effort, and improve operational efficiency. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with high visibility and real impact.
Responsibilities
- Map, document, and redesign AS-IS and TO-BE processes across Operations, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Supply Chain.
- Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, duplications, and manual workflows, and drive standardization across teams.
- Redesign processes with a digital-first and automation-first mindset to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Identify and lead automation opportunities using existing systems (CRM, ERP, workflow tools, integrations).
- Own system configuration, integrations, SOPs, documentation, and usage guidelines to ensure consistency and adoption.
- Translate business and operational needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and process flows for technical teams
- Collaborate with internal developers and external vendors to ensure accurate implementation and solution validation.
- Plan and manage digital and transformation initiatives end-to-end, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and priorities are aligne
- Drive change management and user adoption through training, communication, and continuous feedback
- Monitor process performance, system usage, and operational KPIs, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement to leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience Level: Mid-level (5+ years)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, workflow automation tools, or similar business systems.
- Experience in digital transformation, business systems, operations, or process improvement
- Understanding of integrations, APIs, and system dependencies (conceptual level).
- Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar is a plus.
- Proven experience working on process optimization and system implementations.
