Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Direct Sales Agent based in Cairo, Egypt, with the flexibility to perform some tasks remotely. In this role, you will proactively seek out and engage with potential clients to promote MetLife's range of insurance products and services. Daily responsibilities include identifying client needs, providing tailored financial solutions, delivering exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, you will focus on building long-term relationships with clients and ensuring professional guidance throughout their customer journey.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
- Proven experience in Customer Service and a customer-first mindset
- Background or experience in Finance, Sales, or a related field
- Goal-oriented with excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in utilizing technology for sales tracking and customer relationship management
- Certifications or training in sales or finance-related areas are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
