Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Direct Sales Agent at MetLife Egypt, you will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to prospective clients, delivering exceptional customer service, and providing tailored financial solutions based on customer needs. You will build and maintain strong client relationships, achieve sales targets, and provide expert guidance on life insurance and financial planning products. This role requires proactive communication, keen attention to detail, and a dedication to achieving customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Proven customer service skills and the ability to address client needs effectively
  • Basic understanding of finance and financial planning for delivering tailored solutions
  • Proficiency in sales strategies and achieving sales targets
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to meeting individual and team objectives
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with flexibility and reliability
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry or customer-facing roles is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields preferred
