Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Cairo, Egypt, with the flexibility of partial remote work. As a Direct Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with prospective clients, identifying growth opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Duties include conducting client presentations, managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering periodic training related to QHSSE technology solutions and services. You will collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Customer Satisfaction
• Knowledge and experience in conducting Training sessions
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in HSE or technology-related fields is a plus
• Proficiency in English and Arabic is highly preferred
