About the Role

We are supporting a leading consultancy in Saudi Arabia in the search for a Director – Change Management to lead and expand its Change Management practice.

This is a senior leadership role for an experienced consulting professional with a strong track record in Change Management advisory, combined with the commercial capability to support and win new business. The successful candidate will lead major transformation engagements, advise senior stakeholders, drive practice growth, and play a key role in business development activities including RFPs, proposals, pitches, and client relationship development.

The role requires an individual with deep experience working within a consulting environment, ideally with time spent in a Tier 1 or top-tier consulting firm, and a proven background delivering transformation and change programmes within the government / public sector. Arabic language capability is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Practice Leadership

  • Lead and grow the Change Management practice across strategic accounts and transformation programmes
  • Shape the practice offering, delivery approach, and market positioning
  • Provide senior leadership across multiple client engagements, ensuring delivery excellence and strong client outcomes
  • Mentor and develop teams across the Change Management capability

Client Delivery

  • Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end Change Management strategies for complex transformation initiatives
  • Oversee key change workstreams including stakeholder engagement, impact assessment, communications, training, readiness, adoption, and reinforcement
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, particularly across government and public sector entities
  • Ensure programmes are delivered to a high standard and aligned to client objectives

Business Development & Commercial Leadership

  • Drive business development activity and support the continued growth of the practice
  • Build and maintain strong senior-level client relationships across the Saudi market
  • Identify opportunities to expand Change Management services across existing and new accounts
  • Lead or contribute to RFP responses, proposals, pitch materials, and client presentations
  • Support the conversion of opportunities into revenue through strong commercial leadership

Strategic Contribution

  • Contribute to the wider growth strategy of the consulting business
  • Bring strong market insight and thought leadership to support the practice's positioning
  • Help shape solutions for organisational transformation, operating model change, culture transformation, and public sector reform programmes

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in Change Management consulting within a recognised consulting firm
  • Must have a strong consulting background, with experience operating in a client-facing advisory environment
  • Ideally comes from a Tier 1 or top-tier consulting firm
  • Demonstrated experience at Director level or a senior leadership level within consulting
  • Strong track record delivering Change Management and transformation programmes within the government / public sector
  • Strong commercial capability, with experience supporting business development, proposals, RFPs, and client pitches
  • Deep understanding of Change Management frameworks and methodologies across communications, stakeholder management, training, readiness, and adoption
  • Fluent Arabic and English is essential
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Experience leading teams and contributing to practice growth

Preferred Background

  • Experience delivering major transformation programmes in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC
  • Existing relationships and credibility within the Saudi government sector would be highly advantageous
  • Experience gained within a Tier 1 consulting firm is strongly preferred
  • Relevant Change Management certification would be beneficial
