Director, Commercial Strategy & Performance Arabsat
Arabsat is seeking a highly strategic and performance-driven leader to head our Commercial Strategy & Performance function. The Director will shape and execute the commercial strategy across sales performance, business intelligence, pre-sales enablement, and customer experienceensuring measurable growth and excellence across all commercial channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead Arabsat's commercial strategy in alignment with corporate goals.
- Oversee sales performance management, forecasting accuracy, KPIs, and pipeline health.
- Lead a multi-disciplinary team (Sales Support, Pre-Sales, Customer Experience, Performance).
- Drive sales enablement tools, dashboards, analytics, and decision-support insights.
- Enhance customer experience through CSAT, NPS,
- and retention initiatives.
- Support business development strategies, partnerships, and new market opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Product, Marketing, and Operations.
- Represent Arabsat in industry forums and strategic engagements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Telecom, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 15+ years in commercial strategy, sales performance, or telecom/satellite/ICT roles.
- 710 years in leadership roles managing multi-function teams.
- Expertise in commercial performance management, forecasting, BI, and customer experience.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
