The Role

AsDirector of Finance, you will lead UnlockLand's financial strategy and execution, partnering closely with the CEO and executive team to scale the business across enterprise and government markets.

This is a hands-on leadership role at the intersection ofcorporate finance, FP&A, product economics, and capital strategy, supporting national-scale deployments and global expansion.

What You'll Do

Financial Strategy & Planning

Own company-wide financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling

Translate GTM and product strategy into multi-year financial plans

FP&A & Performance Management

Lead budgets, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis

Define and track KPIs across revenue, margins, burn, runway, and unit economics

Revenue & Deal Economics

Design pricing and financial models for pilots, enterprise contracts, and national programs

Support complex enterprise and government deal structures

Capital Strategy & Fundraising

Prepare financial models and materials for fundraising and strategic partnerships

Support investor and board-level reporting

Financial Operations & Governance

Build scalable financial systems, controls, and reporting processes

Oversee cash management, risk, and compliance

Product & Platform Economics

Partner with Product and Engineering to model AI, data, and platform economics

Evaluate cost structures across data, compute, and infrastructure

Executive & Board Collaboration

Act as a strategic finance partner to the CEO and leadership team

Support board discussions and long-term growth planning

Who You Are

815+ years in finance, FP&A, or corporate strategy (SaaS, PropTech, AI, fintech, or real estate)

Strong financial modeling and forecasting experience in high-growth environments

Understanding of real estate feasibility, underwriting, and capital structures

Experience supporting enterprise or public-sector contracts

Comfortable building financial systems and processes from scratch

Clear communicator with a strategic, business-partner mindset

Passion for AI, smart cities, and data-driven decision-making

Experience with government programs or Vision 2030 initiatives is a strong plus.
