Director of Public Relations

*Lead, influence, and define PR strategy at the highest leveldirectly alongside the MD.

We're growing our Public Relations function at DAMAC (newly created roles) and hiring Director / Senior Director level from top-tier agencies who bring strong expertise in strategic communications, crisis management, media relations, and campaign leadership across the UAE/GCC. This role will be working closely with the MD of the Group and is a high-impact, strategic role and seniority is key.

Role Highlights:

• Lead and execute integrated PR and communications strategies aligned with business goals
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and manage high-profile stakeholders
• Drive media relations, thought leadership, and reputation management
• Oversee end-to-end campaign delivery, including performance and impact

Ideal Profile:

• 10+ years of experience within leading PR agencies or media houses
• Strong track record in crisis communications, brand reputation, and large-scale campaigns
• Established media network across UAE/GCC
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
