Job Description

Director of Support Services (UAEN Only)

Job Purpose:

To lead and oversee all support service functions including Human Resources, Finance, Procurement, IT, and General Services, ensuring efficient operations, compliance, and alignment with organizational strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all support services functions (HR, Finance, Procurement, IT, and Facilities/General Services).
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
  • Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost control across departments.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations, policies, and internal procedures.
  • Drive digital transformation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement processes.
  • Oversee facilities management, including maintenance, security, and logistics.
  • Lead workforce planning, recruitment strategy, and employee services in coordination with HR.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on performance and risks.
  • Build and lead high-performing teams across all support functions.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 12–15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong experience managing multiple functions (HR, Finance, Procurement, IT, Facilities).
  • Experience in government or semi-government entities is preferred.
