Director of Support Services (UAEN Only)
Job Purpose:
To lead and oversee all support service functions including Human Resources, Finance, Procurement, IT, and General Services, ensuring efficient operations, compliance, and alignment with organizational strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all support services functions (HR, Finance, Procurement, IT, and Facilities/General Services).
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost control across departments.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, policies, and internal procedures.
- Drive digital transformation and process improvement initiatives.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement processes.
- Oversee facilities management, including maintenance, security, and logistics.
- Lead workforce planning, recruitment strategy, and employee services in coordination with HR.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on performance and risks.
- Build and lead high-performing teams across all support functions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 12–15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong experience managing multiple functions (HR, Finance, Procurement, IT, Facilities).
- Experience in government or semi-government entities is preferred.
