Hamad International Airport is currently in the look out for a Senior Document Controller who will be handling all the Document Handling activities for the whole department including all projects handled by the Capital Projects
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects and document control for the Project Management Team
- Prepare Tender invitation and distribute tender documentation
- Responsible in managing different document collaboration software such as Auto desk , Share point , E doc , Aconex
- Organize and maintain all document registers in an effective manner
- Keep a track of submitted document transmittals
Qualifications
Qualifications
- High school qualification / Vocational qualification/ Diploma or equivalent with minimum 2 years of Job related experience
- Bachelors degree or equivalent with minimum 1 years of job related experience
- Previous experience in E Doc, Share point , Auto desk and Aconex
- Competent in the usage of MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
