We are hiring for a Document Controller / Office Administrator for a Real Estate client.
Job Position - Document Controller / Office Administrator
Job location - Dubai
Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of paper -based documents and electronic filling.
- Typing of letters , reports and general documentation using templates.
- Using web-based software's like Proliance, Aconex and unifier to manage the uploading and downloading of documents , submittals , drawings, etc..
- Coordinate with consultant`s and contractor`s document controller.
- Marinating log/Registers of schedules, specifications and method statements ...etc. received from various stakeholders.
- Circulating correspondence summaries to the project team, ensuring timely awareness and action.
- Escalated overdue submissions to managers and provide weekly status updates.
- Scan ,label and complied final project documents as per closeout requirements.
- Verify document retention protocols according to project requirements.
- Support daily office operations including supplies, equipment logistics, and departmental coordination.
