JOB PURPOSE
The E-Commerce and Last Mile Analysis Associate is responsible for supporting the execution of e-commerce projects and system improvements by coordinating across departments, especially with IT. He/she focuses on consolidating data, ensuring quality and issue escalation, and facilitating smooth collaboration to enhance digital operations and customer experience initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate with IT and internal teams to ensure alignment and integration of e-commerce systems, including but not limited to Zendesk, Survey Sensum, Gupshup, Salesforce, Navision, Microsoft Dynamics, and JDE.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to support the Qanz Card project and other loyalty or digital service programs.
- Assist in the consolidation of customer and operational data into unified platforms to support effective decision-making.
- Assist with extracting, compiling, and reporting performance and operational data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on digital tools and customer experience systems; escalate and follow up on detected issues to ensure resolution.
- Support the implementation of cross-functional e-commerce initiatives such as Voice of Customer (VOC), Style Advisor, Makeup Services, IVR, e-receipts, Wecare, insurance logs, and Google link integrations.
- Monitor e-commerce system usage and performance to ensure seamless operations and suggest improvements when needed.
- Maintain proper documentation and tracking for ongoing projects and change requests.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in a similar role. Previous exposure to cross-functional project coordination is a plus.
- Proficiency in data extraction tools.
- Fluency in English. Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
