About us
The Sticky Company is a Kuwait-based consumer goods company building a portfolio of premium, sustainable brands for families — including BumBum and GUGU — distributed across DTC, leading marketplaces, co-ops, pharmacies, and hospitals.

As we enter our next growth phase, we're scaling our digital commerce function and looking for an experienced operator to own it.

The Role
The E-Commerce & Digital Manager will own our digital commerce P&L — driving revenue growth, conversion, and customer retention across our Direct-to-Consumer business and marketplace channels. You will manage performance marketing, site optimization, lifecycle marketing, and digital analytics to scale our online business profitably.

This is a hands-on, commercially driven role for someone who thinks in unit economics and can translate traffic into sustainable revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the DTC website end-to-end — merchandising, conversion, subscription retention, and site experience
- Manage marketplace channels — listings, paid placements, operations, and channel margin
- Lead performance marketing across paid social and search platforms
- Build and optimize lifecycle programs across email, SMS, and CRM
- Own the digital analytics stack and deliver clear, actionable KPI reporting
- Partner with brand, content, design, and operations teams to align digital execution with broader business goals

Qualifications

Must Have

- 5+ years of hands-on e-commerce and digital marketing experience in a DTC or omnichannel consumer brand
- Proven track record managing a Shopify store (or equivalent platform) as a primary commercial channel
- Strong performance marketing expertise with demonstrable ROAS improvement
- Experience managing marketplace channels and commercial terms
- Hands-on with email and CRM platforms, including lifecycle flows
- Strong analytics fluency — GA4, pixel tracking, channel-level P&L reading
- Commercial mindset — thinks in unit economics, not vanity metrics
- Excellent written and verbal Arabic and English

Preferred

- Experience with subscription-based DTC businesses
- Familiarity with Kuwait and GCC marketplaces
- Background in baby care, personal care, beauty, wellness, or sustainable consumer categories
- Experience with influencer and affiliate programs
