WhatYou'llDo

Optimisation & Testing

  • Collaborate with the design and development agency torun A/B, multivariate, and split tests across PDP, PLP, cart, checkout, and mobile experiences.
  • Identifycustomer drop-off points and convert insights into optimisation ideas.
  • Use tools like heatmaps, session replays, and funnel analysis to uncover opportunities.

UX & On-Site Experience

  • Improve the customer journey with cleaner, smarter UX and intuitive navigation.
  • Enhance PDPs with the right info, imagery, and fit details to support conversion.
  • Work closely with design and dev teams to roll out high-impact UX/UI improvements.

Data, Insights & Reporting

  • Turn performance data into clear insights that shape our CRO roadmap.
  • Present findings and test results to the wider team wins, fails, and learnings.
  • Ensure tracking, tagging, and analytics set-ups areaccurateand actionable.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with e-commerce, marketing, creative, and merchandising.
  • Support new product drops, promotions, and seasonal updates with CRO thinking.
  • Help shape landing pages, campaign journeys, and personalised experiences.

WhatWe'reLooking For

Experience

  • 25+ years in CRO, UX optimisation, or e-commerce performance.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with quick test cycles.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of customer psychology and online buying behaviour.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools (VWO, Optimizely, Convert, etc.).
  • Confident with GA4, heatmapping tools, Shopify/Shopify Plus.
  • Analytical but creative you canidentifyissues AND propose solutions.
  • Not afraid to experiment, iterate, and challenge assumptions.
