Key Responsibilities:
- Account Strategy & Growth Plan
- Own and grow relationships with our most strategic e-commerce partners, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Drive mutual business growth by negotiating favorable terms and ensuring superior brand presence and operational excellence across all digital accounts.
- Develop and execute comprehensive, data-driven account plans to deliver sales, margin, and market share targets for all assigned e-commerce customers.
- Identify and activate new product / assortment opportunities, promotional mechanics, and digital marketing collaborations to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Lead regular business reviews with key stakeholders, sharing performance insights, competitive and market trends, and clear strategic recommendations.
- Negotiate annual contracts, including terms and promotional calendars, in partnership with account buyers and senior management.
- Manage trade investments and budgets, including promotional spend, profitability analysis, and digital investments, to ensure optimal ROI.
- Operations & Digital Shelf Excellence
- Monitor and optimize key e-commerce performance metrics such as impression, traffic, conversion rate, and key supply chain KPIs (Service levels, inventory Health).
- Collaborate closely with Supply Chain and Distributor teams to accurately forecast demand, maintain optimal stock levels, and ensure high fill rates while preventing out of stock.
- Deliver best-in-class digital shelf execution (titles, descriptions, imagery, A+ content), continuously reviewing performance via a scorecard and driving corrective actions as needed.
- Demand Generation & Cross-Functional collaboration
- Leverage digital investments to drive full-funnel demand generation, with a strong focus on consumer journeys from awareness to purchase.
- Build robust plans to accelerate category growth across all sub-channels and develop Search/Display strategies in collaboration with Media and Brand Marketing teams.
- Act as an integral member of a dynamic, cross-functional team, leading collaboration with Marketing, Retail Marketing, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to align on digital advertising, social media campaigns, and content strategies.
- Data & Analytics
- Use data and analytics to drive sharper, bolder decision-making across all aspects of account management and demand generation.
- Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, shopper behavior, and emerging e-commerce trends to proactively identify risks and opportunities.
Required Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree; preferably in Economics, Management or relevant field
- Minimum 6 years of experience in eCommerce marketing or account management, preferably in a multinational FMCG company with leading brands
- Proficient in English
- Microsoft Office or Google Suite proficiency (i.e, Sheets, Slides, Docs)
