We're hiring an E-commerce Executive for a well-established, 50-year-old diversified business group in the UAE. The organization has a strong presence across multiple industries, including retail, distribution, and manufacturing. They are present in 6 countries, with their headquarters in the UAE.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about e-commerce, data-driven, and experienced in managing Amazon marketplaces.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (fully attested degree is mandatory for consideration).
- 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management, preferably with Amazon Seller & Vendor Central.
- Hands-on experience in product listing optimization, ASIN creation, and catalog management.
- Strong understanding of Amazon policies, account health, and listing best practices.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve performance.
- Experience in inventory coordination and fulfillment processes.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with tools such as Helium10, Jungle Scout, or similar platforms is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
1. E-Commerce Sales & Performance Management
- Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces, with a primary focus on Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.
- Drive online sales growth across a catalog of 3,000+ SKUs.
- Monitor key metrics such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, Buy Box performance, and customer engagement.
- Create and optimize product listings (ASIN creation, titles, descriptions, backend keywords, A+ content).
- Ensure listings are accurate, high-quality, and aligned with marketplace best practices.
- Implement pricing strategies, promotions, cross-selling, upselling, and bundling initiatives to improve performance.
2. E-Commerce Operations & Customer Experience
- Maintain inventory accuracy across platforms and minimize stockouts through effective coordination with warehouse teams.
- Ensure smooth order processing by working closely with logistics and fulfillment teams.
- Monitor account health metrics (ODR, late shipment rate, policy compliance, listing issues).
- Manage customer interactions, including inquiries, reviews, and complaints.
- Handle Vendor Central purchase orders and replenishment processes.
- Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
3. Projects & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Support marketing initiatives, campaigns, and product launches across marketplaces.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, product) to align on business objectives.
- Assist in creating compelling product pages and promotional content.
- Contribute to seasonal campaigns and sales initiatives.
