Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role for an Local Electrical Engineer, located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Electrical Engineer will oversee day-to-day tasks such as:
- Manage and supervise all electrical construction activities at site.
- Review electrical design drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical submittals.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors,project stakeholders and authorities.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and safety standards.
- Monitor project schedules, and work plans.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and proper installation of electrical systems.
- Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
- Monitor project costs and support budget control processes.
- Identifyproject risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Attend project meetings and provide technical input and progress updates.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of electrical materials and equipment.
- Support testing & commissioning activities prior to project handover.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. Registered in Saudi Council of Engineers.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in electrical construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems in construction projects (power distribution, lighting, LV systems, panels, transformers, etc.).
- Familiarity with local electrical codes and international standards.
- Experience in handling large-scale commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and contract documents.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and adherence to safety and technical standards.
