Electrical Engineer (Fresh Graduate)

Job Summary:

To support the design, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and equipment within the manufacturing plant, ensuring safe, efficient, and continuous operation in compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Responsibilities:

·      Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment, panels, and control systems.

·      Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for electrical systems and machinery.

·      Participate in troubleshooting electrical faults and ensure quick resolution to minimize downtime.

·      Work closely with senior engineers to improve energy efficiency and system reliability.

·      Support the implementation of automation and control system upgrades.

·      Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company HSE policies.

·      Prepare and maintain electrical documentation, drawings, and maintenance reports

·      Participate in project execution, including preparation of material lists and coordination with suppliers.

Qualifications:

·      Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.

·      0–1 year of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

·      Basic knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and control circuits.

·      Familiarity with PLCs, instrumentation, or industrial automation is a plus.

·      Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

·      Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic AutoCAD or electrical design software.

·      Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous learning.
