Job Description
Job Title: Electrical Inspector – MV/LV
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Project Type: Large-Scale Thermal Power Plant Project
Mobilization: June 2026
Employment Type: Full-time / Project-Based
The Electrical Inspector will monitor and inspect medium-voltage and low-voltage installation activities on site to ensure work is completed in line with project specifications, drawings, and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect MV/LV electrical installation works and associated activities
- Verify compliance with approved procedures, specifications, and drawings
- Witness testing and inspection activities on site
- Identify and report defects, deviations, and non-conforming works
- Coordinate with the electrical supervision team and contractor representatives
- Maintain proper inspection documentation and reporting
- Ensure compliance with project HSE and QA/QC standards
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 7 years of relevant site inspection experience
- Strong experience in MV/LV systems within thermal power plant or industrial projects
- Good field inspection and reporting capability
Preferred Profile
- GCC project experience
- Familiarity with cable installation, lighting, earthing, distribution boards, and auxiliary systems
