Electrical Site Engineer

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Electrical Site Engineer to manage site-level execution and supervision of electrical works in our construction projects. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with electrical systems, project coordination, and site inspections as per local authority standards.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor the execution of electrical works (LV, MV, ELV, lighting, power, fire alarm, etc.) as per drawings and specifications.

Ensure work is executed as per approved shop drawings, material submittals, and project timelines.

Coordinate with civil and MEP teams for proper installation and integration of services.

Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and submit them to project management.

Ensure compliance with DEWA / SEWA / ADDC or other local authority regulations.

Manage site materials, manpower, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.

Identify and resolve technical issues at the site in coordination with the design and planning teams.

Ensure safety and quality standards are strictly followed at the site.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Minimum 3-5 Years of experience in the UAE/GCC in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems in high-rise buildings, villas, or commercial projects.

Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.

Good command of MS Office, AutoCAD, and electrical standards.

Familiarity with local authority approvals and procedures (DEWA, Etisalat, etc.).

Strong communication, problem-solving, and site coordination skills.
