Emirati Accountant Trainee

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, designed for Emirati candidates interested in developing their careers in accounting. As an Accountant Trainee, you will be involved in preparing financial reports, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, reconciling accounts, and auditing financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance. You will also collaborate with team members to streamline financial processes and contribute to maintaining financial accuracy and transparency within the organization.

• Foundational knowledge of Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Forecasting principles
• Skills in Data Analysis and Record-keeping, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with Accounting Software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A natural aptitude for numbers and problem-solving
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to a collaborative environment
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
• Prior internship or practical experience in accounting is considered a plus but not mandatory
