Lease Sales Consultant serves as the primary point of contact for both showroom customers, corporate clients, with leasing new or used vehicles. This role is responsible for promoting and selling vehicle lease options, with a strong knowledge of available car models, guiding clients through the leasing process, negotiating lease terms, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The sales consultant combines sales, customer service, and marketing skills to achieve leasing targets and support the growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities: Corporate Sales
•Sales & Pipeline Development – Sell company products while maximizing profit margins and maintain a continuous pipeline of qualified new accounts/customers.
•Prospecting – Identify prospective customers through business directories, referrals, and leads from existing clients.
•Customer Communication – Inform customers about delivery schedules, service contracts, warranties, and other relevant product details.
•Team Collaboration – Work closely with colleagues to share insights, selling strategies, and market information.
•Product Advisory – Address customer queries regarding products, pricing, availability, and credit terms.
•CRM Management – Maintain accurate customer records using automated systems.
•Client Visits & Needs Assessment – Conduct site visits to assess customer requirements and promote products/services.
•Negotiation – Negotiate pricing and terms of sales or service agreements to close deals effectively.
•Cross-Functional Support – Provide necessary support to Finance, Customer Care, and Operations teams as required.
1.Customer Engagement – Assist customers by providing clear and detailed information on available vehicles and lease options.
2.Lead Management & Response – Promptly respond to enquiries and leads, recommend suitable vehicles and lease packages based on customer preferences, needs, and budget, and provide accurate quotations accordingly.
3.Product Knowledge & Advisory – Stay up to date with the latest car models and features, assist customers in understanding the benefits of leasing, and recommend the most suitable leasing options based on their requirements.
4.Documentation & Contract Management – Prepare and consolidate lease agreements along with all required supporting documents.
6.Record Management – Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and lease agreements.
7.Internal Coordination – Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing and delivery of leased vehicles.
8.Market Research Participation – Participate in market analysis and customer surveys as required.
9.Market Intelligence – Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices.
10.Sales Targets: Meet the monthly and Annual sales targets set by the management.
11.Represent ART / Elite at promotional events, activations, and marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
12.Additional Responsibilities: Carry out additional responsibilities as directed by management to support the organization's objectives.
13.Work Flexibility – Be available to work at any location across the UAE as required by the company.
