Job Description

Due to Emiratisation, only UAE Nationals holding the Family Book can be considered for this role.

Our Financial Services client is seeking to appoint a Scrum Master to champion customer experience innovation, working collaboratively across partners and business units to embed customer-centric design and enabling technologies into new products and offerings.

This role is open to junior Emirati candidates with limited work experience who possess the relevant qualifications, along with an understanding of technical concepts such as Agile engineering practices, the software development lifecycle, etc., and who are looking to transition into a Scrum Master role and see it as a viable career path. Relevant training and support will be provided.

About the Role

  • Manage innovation initiatives that design distinctive, end-to-end customer journeys, delivering impactful, consistent, and trusted brand experiences across all customer touchpoints.
  • Apply expertise in customer experience, innovation, and emerging technologies to partner with and influence cross-functional teams, reshaping customer engagement to drive acquisition, retention, and long-term loyalty.
  • Design and deliver strategic recommendations that foster a customer-first culture, prioritising seamless and dynamic experiences over product- or technology-led thinking.
  • Contribute to the organisation's ongoing digital, customer-centric transformation by supporting the expansion of the digital technology ecosystem, accelerating the delivery of innovative digital products and services in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Direct the execution of local initiatives aimed at achieving best-in-class customer experiences, ensuring alignment with customer experience strategies, frameworks, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to introduce and scale new capabilities and approaches across channels, promoting customer experience innovation and embedding a digitally driven, customer-focused mindset from the outset of all innovation initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • UAE National (with the family book)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a relevant field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • High level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Strong digital literacy

Hybrid work model – employees can work from home two days a week and in their modern corporate office in the City three days a week. You can also work remotely from different countries outside of the UAE!
