AHS, a leading luxury real estate developer, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Engineer to join our procurement team. This role focuses on managing the purchasing process of engineering materials and services required for our luxury real estate projects. The Procurement Engineer will work closely with engineering, project management, and supplier teams to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement activities that align with project specifications and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the procurement of engineering materials, equipment, and services for luxury real estate projects
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and service criteria
- Prepare and analyze purchase orders, contracts, and vendor agreements
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to understand technical requirements and specifications
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve procurement-related issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
- Assist in cost control and budget management in procurement activities
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and innovations in engineering materials and services
- Review specifications to be inline with procurement strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Architect, Civil, or related field)
- Proven experience in procurement engineering, preferably within the luxury real estate or construction industry
- Strong understanding of engineering materials, supply chain, and procurement processes
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple procurement activities simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with procurement software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and quality assurance practices
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
- Experience with cost management and budget monitoring is an advantage
- Experience in Interior design procurement materials
