Role Description

We are seeking an Employee Relations & Engagement Specialist to enhance employee experience and strengthen our external partnerships. This full-time, on-site role will focus on building a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives, events, and corporate partnerships.

Key responsibilities include organizing internal events and engagement activities, developing partnerships with external companies and organizations, supporting employee relations, and ensuring alignment with HR policies and labor laws. The role also involves improving communication between employees and management and contributing to a collaborative and motivated work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute employee engagement events and initiatives

Build and manage partnerships with external companies and vendors

Support employee relations and handle workplace concerns professionally

Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance

Collaborate with HR and management on engagement strategies

Qualifications

Experience in Employee Relations, Engagement, or HR

Strong background in event planning and partnerships

Good understanding of HR policies and labor law basics

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)

Experience in healthcare or service industry is a plus
