About the role

As an Engineer for eshara, you will support design, prototyping, integration, testing, and documentation across SATCOM terminal programs.

You will work closely with senior engineers and leads to build capability and help establish repeatable engineering and delivery practices.

What you'll do

Support subsystem engineering tasks: drafting specifications, assembling documentation, and supporting design activities.

Assist integration and testing activities, including setup, test execution support, logging results, and issue tracking.

Support troubleshooting and rework activities during prototype and integration builds.

Maintain accurate engineering records and controlled documentation in line with program needs.

Contribute to localization activities by learning partner approaches and embedding them into local processes.

What we're looking for

2+ years in engineering roles relevant to SATCOM/telecom/defense/aerospace or similar hardware/system environments.

Exposure to one or more of: RF/electronics, system integration/testing, mechanical packaging/thermal, or systems documentation.

Practical, hands-on approach and comfort working in lab/build environments.

Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow disciplined processes.

Eager to learn and grow in a fast-moving, mission-critical environment.
