Understand project scope, BOQ and familiar with logical sequences in terms of engineering and construction disciplines.
Prepare, update, review and monitor overall projects master schedule integrating work breakdown structure using scheduling software Primavera P6.
Delay analysis for EOT claims and cost claims.
Prepare resource requirements aligned with baseline schedule and calculate the budget for resource loading and cost loading.
Monitor the progress of projects on set frequency. Anticipate and escalate any problems, bottlenecks/scheduling conflicts.
Understand and able to utilize tools such as MS excel, EPPM P6, Power BI and ERP.
Able to perform productivity analysis of construction activities and verify results by analysis of work (through daily, weekly or monthly project performance reports) identify problems and make recommendations.
Liaises with all team leaders and/or members to communicate required completion dates and interface between functional team/operational team and project team.
Able to establish schedule baselines and ensure control mechanism effectiveness to monitor performance.
Prepare projects performance reporting to ensure compliance with the overall objectives of the projects.
Need to coordinate with the concerned PM to provide a look ahead plans, recovery plans as required and review & feedback.
Monitor schedule deviation and recommend corrective action/workaround solutions for project considerations including sub-contractor scope.
Should be able to manage status reporting and forecasts through analysis by coordinating and collecting information related to projects construction schedules, Risks, issues, resource utilization etc. for Projects.
Required Academic Qualification :
Specification : Bachelor , Engineering, Construction Management .
Years of Experience :
7+ years of relevant experience in Mega Projects construction.
