Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for an Engineering Manager, based in Dubai, with flexibility for some remote work. The Engineering Manager will oversee engineering projects, lead software development efforts, manage integrations, and guide a team of engineers to achieve project objectives. Responsibilities include managing timelines, coordinating cross-functional tasks, optimizing team productivity, and ensuring projects are completed to high standards.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Engineering Management and Team Leadership to inspire and guide teams effectively
- Proficient in Software Development to contribute to and review code as needed
- Demonstrated expertise in Project Management to oversee milestones, delegate tasks, and track progress
- Experience with Integration processes, ensuring seamless connectivity of systems and technologies
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a hybrid environment with both in-person and remote team dynamics
- Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field, with prior experience in a managerial role overseeing engineering projects
- Familiarity with cutting-edge technologies and methodologies applicable to the industry
