Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an English Account - Customer Service Representative based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for partial remote work. The representative will handle customer interactions, address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide support to meet customer needs promptly and professionally. Additional responsibilities include maintaining high customer satisfaction levels, managing customer accounts, and ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service, focusing on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Care.
- Proficiency in Account Management and delivering personalized services to clients.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively assist customers and foster positive relationships.
- Experience in handling Customer Service Representative roles with attention to accuracy and professionalism.
- Proficiency in English is a Must
- Ability to work independently and adapt in a hybrid working environment.
- Previous experience in BPO or customer service roles is an advantage.
