Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for some remote work. As an English C1 Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing high-quality support in English, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include responding to customer queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring smooth communication across different channels. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • Strong English proficiency at C1 level and skills in English Teaching and Translation
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers
  • Experience in Customer Service and the ability to provide solutions and handle inquiries professionally
  • Skills in Training and willingness to educate customers on product or service usage
  • Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment in Alex & Cairo, Egypt
  • Problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
