Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an English Call Center Representative located in Cairo, Egypt. The representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide high-quality customer service, address customer inquiries, and resolve complaints. Additionally, the role involves maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and providing support to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support
  • Ability to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction with excellent Interpersonal Skills
  • Proficient in Computer Literacy to manage call center systems and maintain records
  • Effective communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  • Adaptability and problem-solving capabilities
  • Prior experience in a call center or customer support role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
