Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site English Customer Service Representative role located in Cairo, Egypt. The representative will handle day-to-day customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include providing accurate information, effectively addressing customer concerns, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaboration with team members and maintaining professional communication will be integral to excelling in this position.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Proficiency in providing exceptional Customer Experience and maintaining high-quality service standards
  • Effective communication skills, including fluency in English
  • Ability to resolve issues while maintaining professionalism and empathy
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles is a plus
  • Proficiency with customer service software or CRM tools is an advantage
