Role Description
We are seeking a full-time English Customer Service Representative for our on-site location in New Cairo. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues effectively, handling complaints, and providing outstanding customer support. You will communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat while maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor. Additional responsibilities include keeping accurate records of customer interactions and feedback, identifying potential improvements to enhance customer satisfaction, and collaborating with team members to address complex situations.
