Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an English Customer Service Representative located at our New Cairo office. The responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving concerns efficiently, and providing accurate information while delivering exceptional customer support. The role involves maintaining clear and polite communication with customers through various channels and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in customer interaction, problem-solving, and conflict resolution

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service tools or software
