Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an English Customer Service Representative, located in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves providing professional and efficient customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high standard of customer experience. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues in a timely manner, and assisting clients in navigating services or products. You will act as the main point of contact for customer concerns and work collaboratively with the team to enhance service quality.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Customer Service and Customer Support roles
  • Ability to foster Customer Satisfaction and enhance the Customer Experience
  • Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
  • Proven problem-solving skills and professionalism in handling customer interactions
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in team-based environments
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications relevant to customer service
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred
