Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an English Back Office Agent (Voice & Non-Voice) located in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves supporting customers through voice and written communication, managing inquiries, resolving issues, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a high standard of professionalism and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will coordinate with relevant departments to ensure efficient service delivery and adherence to company policies and standards.
